WestMAC offers a cost effective and convenient chartered option for getting your child/ren to and from the College, in partnership with .

WestMAC operates exclusive bus routes for WestMAC students each morning and afternoon. Each bus varies in size depending on the route, and all are equipped with seat belts and air-conditioning. Timings and pickup points may change. If this is the case, parents will be notified via email communications at the beginning of each term.

The WestMAC Bus Service encourages students to experience a well-balanced education as it promotes the adoption of extra-curricular programs and sport. The late bus is a popular service among parents as it departs the College at 5pm, returning students home safely by 7pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Bookings are essential to allow the College to manage capacity on each Bus Route. Please ensure you book your child onto the bus via the RollCall App. If you are having trouble booking, please email buses@wmac.com.au

RollCall is the latest bus ticketing technology that enables parents to have better visibility of their children's movements boarding and offboarding buses, and as easier ticket purchasing experiences. Click the button below for more information about RollCall.

Conditions of travel on the WestMAC Bus Network

• All students using the buses must hold a valid tickets.
• Seatbelts must be worn at all times while on the bus.
• Seating is limited to the bus capacity; priority will be given to students travelling term passes.
• Students will be collected and returned to their registered bus stop by Fassifern Coaches, unless authorised by the College.
• Students travelling on the buses are representatives of WestMAC and are required to behave appropriately at all times.
• It is the student鈥檚 responsibility to be aware of their bus route. They must ensure they are at the correct bus stop at least 5 minutes prior to the timetabled departure time of the stop.
• Buses will not pass a pickup point before the timetabled time; however they may be delayed due to traffic congestion. Students are to remain at the stop until the bus arrives.

The Non State Schools Transport Assistance Scheme (NSSTAS)

The Non State Schools Transport Assistance Scheme (NSSTAS) provides student travel rebates. Only students with a disability will be eligible under the Students With Disability (SWD) program if catching a chartered Fassifern Coaches service. Bus Fare Assistance Program (BFAP) applications lodged for these chartered services will not be eligible. For more information visit
